ATP is generally obtained through a natural fermentation process.

Our own brand “Dr.Rau’s Asta Omega3” contains a North Sea deep-water fish oil, predominantly cod, of very high quality.

Yes, Asta-Xanthin is contained in high concentrations – unfortunately I cannot tell you the exact dosage.

Dr. Rau’s Asta-Omega3 oil has an oxidation value of 2.2.

Consumption recommendation & intake

Our products are food supplements and not medicines. Due to their natural or near-natural composition, they are absolutely safe in the recommended dosage. Side effects, which often occur with medication, can be largely ruled out. That is why you do not need a prescription for food supplements.

Food supplements are foodstuffs. Therefore, our products have no contraindication with other products.

If you have forgotten your password, there is an option in the login area called “Forgot your password?”, where you can enter your e-mail address to receive instructions on how to reset it.

In the customer account you will find your personal data, addresses and payment methods in the settings, which you can update there.

To register as a customer, you can then create a new account via the “Login” button under “Register” or “Create account”. Enter your personal information.

You can pay for your orders by credit card and PayPal instant bank transfer.

Check the payment information for correctness and make sure that the means of payment is covered, if necessary contact the customer service of your means of payment.

After completing your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail. You can check whether we have received your order in your customer account.

Unfortunately, a completed order can no longer be changed or canceled.

We ship our products worldwide. We ask customers from Switzerland to visit our CH store at www.biomed-int.com.

If you have provided a valid e-mail address with your order, you will receive a tracking code from our shipping service provider. Please also check your spam folder!

Please use the tracking code provided to check where your parcel may currently be in the shipment tracking system.

Has it already been delivered according to the tracking, but you haven’t received anything? Parcels are often dropped off by the deliverers, left with neighbors or another family member.

Therefore, please ask these persons whether a consignment has been accepted for you. If the parcel cannot be found, please contact us stating your order or consignment number.
